System.Windows.Data is missing from my list of.NET libraries. Ask Question. IValueConverter is now (Windows Phone 8.1, VS2013) available in Windows.UI.Xaml.Data. So we have to find our own database implementation to store structured data locally on the phone. SQLite is highly recommended as an alternative.
