MyTinyPhone.com does not charge you to browse its web pages and for downloading ringtones/wallpapers/videos. However, you could be charged by your mobile network provider for data traffic costs. You should check with your provider as costs will vary depending on your mobile tariff. Mobile browsing may be charged based on the amount of data transferred, the time you spend browsing, or a combination of both. It may even be included in your monthly network provider mobile tariff. Please contact your network provider for further details.

Making your own ringtones and wallpapers is free. Whether you upload songs and images from the make page, or you use the Internet Explorer add-on. It is always free.

Although MyTinyPhone does not charge you anything for using the service, your carrier might charge you to receive text messages (or Picture messages) or for internet access. If you don’t know what plan you have, you should check with your carrier.

How to send ringtone/wallpaper/video/theme to your phone?

1. Choose your carrier from the list
2. Enter your phone number without any spaces and non-numeric values. Just numbers!
3. Choose whether you want to send it as a web link or as an atachment. Note: Sending attachments may not work properly with every carrier.
4. Click 'Send' and wait couple of minutes for the message to arrive.
Once you have received the message:
1. Click on the link starting with http://wap.mytinyphone.com/... and you will be prompted to download the file.
2. Accept the file and save it to your cell phone.
3. Set the ringtone/wallpaper/theme as default for your phone.
Troubleshooting:
If you don't receive the message then either you don't have 'e-mail to SMS' service set up with your carrier or your carrier does not offer it at all. Contact your phone carrier about 'e-mail to SMS' service availability.
Even without being able to receive the content with SMS you can still download it through our mobile site or by downloading it into your computer and then into phone.

1. Browse to wap.mytinyphone.com using your phone’s browser
2. Enter code of content into 'Insert code nr:' and click 'Save' after which the download should start.

Downloading content into phone through computer

If your phone is equipped with bluetooth, infrared or you have a data cable for your cell phone, just save this ringtone to your computer (click on 'Save to PC' link above) and transfer it to your phone. Use your cell phone's owner's manual instructions to transer ringtone from your computer to your cell.

Getting content into phone using e-mail.

If you are able to receive e-mails into your phone then you can consider sending content as e-mail to your phone.

Some phone carriers (like Nextel, Boot Mobile and Telus) have disabled the ability to use downloaded songs as ringtones on their phones. If you have one of these phones, sorry, but you're out of luck with ringtones until your carrier changes their policy.

If you have been able to download ringtones or wallpapers in the past and you haven't changed anything on your account, the error most likely means that the network is busy. Wait a few minutes, make sure you have a strong signal, and try to follow the link again.
If you have never been able to download a ringtone or wallpaper from us, it may be that you do not have a full internet access plan on your phone. Some data plans, like T-Mobile's T-Zones, only allow you to access certain 'approved' websites. Can you get to other websites from your phone (like www.yahoo.com or mobile.google.com)? If not, then you probably have a limited plan.
In order to use MyTinyPhone, you would need to switch to a plan that provides access to all websites. If you can get to these other sites, let us know since it must be another problem.
